I am a bit excited, just received my confirmation from Cruiseco re my bookings on the Elvis and 70′s cruises in November.  Lets face it, I am an old rocker.

In my youth I was a cameraman on Bandstand and had the pleasure of meeting most of the Rock n Roll greats, from the US, UK and Australia.  Later as a Producer I had the pleasure of directing most of these greats. So I guess I have the music of the 60′s and 70′s in my blood.

I guess most of the passengers will be over 55, but if your younger, you will really enjoy the cruises, book these cruises to really enjoy some great music and entertainment, unfortunately they don’t write music like this anymore

I don’t think I have any blue suede shoes in my wardrobe, but if you still have flairs and wide collared shirts, dust them off and wear them onboard. On the last music cruise produced by Johnny Welsh, many of the passengers got dressed up in their finest 60′s+ gear, it made for a lot of fun.

If you are a virgin cruiser, what a great opportunity to get away to sea for a few days on a wonderful ship, great food, entertainment and company, what more could any one want.

Cruising is the only way to vacation, it’s most economical and great value.  Passports are not necessary, valid photo ID, Drivers license are OK making it all very easy.
