HAWAIIAN CHEFS WOW AT GRACE

June 15, 2012 1 comment

Last night I had the pleasure of being invited to Sydney’s Grace Hotel by Hawaiian Airlines and Hawaii Tourism Oceania.  Hawaiian Airlines flew out two of Honolulu’s top chefs who put on Hawaiian inspired dishes in the main dining room at The Grace Hotel.

At the special opening dinner, attended by travel and media representatives, we were treated to a myriad of dishes inspired by the Hawaiian Islands multicultural cuisine, which is influenced by the many cultures including Polynesian, Japanese, Chinese, Western and more.

I will have the pleasure of flying to Honolulu in a few weeks where I will be joining the Carnival Spirit on her journey to Sydney.  Naturally I will be spending a few days shopping and enjoying the many fine restaurants there.

Needless to say I will be choosing to fly Hawaiian Airlines on their new Airbus, an experience I am looking forward to.

The Hawaiian Food Festival will continue at the Grace Hotel to the end of June.  I highly recommend  you try some of this delightful cuisine.
