CARNIVAL CRUISE LINES MARCHES DOWN UNDER
CARNIVAL CRUISE LINES TRADE BRIGADE MARCHES DOWN UNDER Six Carnival Sales Team Members with 162 years combined experience head to Australia to partner with the Complete Cruise Solution team. Starting immediately, travel agents across the country will be in for a treat with the arrival of six senior members of the Carnival Cruise Lines US Sales team, that will partner with the local Complete Cruise Solution team to create the ‘Carnival Trade Brigade’. While Down Under, they will help train 1,000 local agents on Carnival Cruise Lines’ key selling points ahead of Carnival Spirit’s arrival this coming October.
Jennifer Vandekreeke, Director Carnival Cruise Lines Australia said: “We’ve had a very encouraging start to the sales season. We’re excited to take that to the next level as we bring a deep understanding of the Carnival brand and product knowledge on the road. We’ll be drawing on the US team’s extensive experience and passion to help bring to life what a Carnival Spirit holiday is all about.” There will be a no-tipping policy and so much more to do, see, taste and try every day of passengers holidays. Also a $300 cash back* offer on cruises sailing from Sydney and Melbourne, which has now been extended to April 14th.
Vicki Tomasino, Carnival Cruise Lines’ Vice President of Sales, said, “We can’t wait to begin our tour of Australia! We’re really blessed in that we’ve been able to experience these ships first hand, It’s not until you’ve seen and experienced the ship that you’ll truly understand the vibe – it’s hard to fathom just how impressive it really is”.
John Pond: The Carnival Spirit sounds a very exciting ship, so much so that I will be heading to Hawaii to join her for her inaugural voyage to Australia. Will have lots to write about her soon.
